Refund Policy

Goods can only be returned for a refund if found to be FAULTY.

In the unlikely event that an item is FAULTY, please notify us within 7 days and a returns reference will be issued (goods must be returned within 21 days). Returned goods will not be accepted back without your returns reference.

Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer.

Customers should obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
