Facemasks Disclaimer - The customer understands that the masks act as a simple barrier to help protect the mouth from dust, ash, pollen, vehicle exhaust fumes and passive smoking. As with all health decisions, please consult with your trusted medical professional to determine whether a face mask such as what we sell is suitable in relation to your medical needs. We make no medical claims with regards to the use of these masks.

Custom designed kit - cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Price - The Company has used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that prices for the Supplies are accurately set out in the Catalogue but reserves the right to change its prices without notice at any time. Prices charged will be those prevailing when an order is accepted.

Payment - Payment is due at the time of checkout. If paying via BACS or Cheque, payment is required before your order can be processed.

Delivery Deadlines - The Company will work with the Customer to try and supply by their desired deadline. However, this is not guaranteed as we are reliant on a number of 3rd Parties to complete each Customers order.

Trade - The Company reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person.

Export - The Customer is responsible at its own expense for obtaining any licence and complying with any export regulations in force within the United Kingdom and in the country for which the Goods are destined.

The Company Exports under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms, also called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the Customer takes responsibility for any Import costs, such as VAT, Duties, and Clearing fees.

EU Customers - Please note as of the 1st Jan 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU trade union (Free Trade). However, there is an agreement in place which negates some Import fees (Duty - EU / UK Origin supplies), but Import costs such as VAT (% based on rate in the country the Goods are destined for) will still need to be paid at the point of Import.
